Making artwork for me is about relating to possibility. I’m using strangeness, atmosphere and texture as a way of grounding, giving body to abstractions. I want to confound and make slippery the way we are relating to big unknowns.
I’m really interested in how we relate to emerging technology in everyday media, which I see as modern myth-making. Embodying the TDSO entity allows me to confound the role of an AI agent, shaking up the direction I see in contemporary myths about AI.
